We are a group of experienced individuals committed to the value of discovery in driving learning and enhancing performance. Additionally we are passionate about bringing together both learning and results in how we work with individuals, teams and organisations.

We are a group based across the UK. Richard Knight and John Robertson live in Edinburgh, Scotland; Giles Welch in Manchester; Sam Humphrey in London and Sue Holland near Exeter. We work both independently and as teams with a range of clients across the UK and Europe.
