Examples where we have successfully worked with leaders to develop culture and capability include:

Creating a new capability for "developing commercial arguments" in the newly merged UK sales/marketing and trade marketing functions of a global drinks business. The MD described the approach taken as "blowing him away" and it underpinned the rapid capitalising on commercial opportunities in the first year of trading post merger.

Creating end to end improvement teams in a production facility of a global business. This involved challenging existing ways of working and building a new engagement between functional specialists, operators and managers. After 6 months the production performance improved dramatically with the site Director acclaiming the approach "a huge success". Our model went on to be adopted internally across 4 other production sites within the business.

Aligning the board of a private UK building company to develop a distinctive capability in land bank acquisition as a competitive advantage. They adopted an investment programme to systematically upgrade their people and processes. This approach to strategic capability development was then adopted by the Sales function who have been systematically upgrading their Sales capability. 

Transforming the culture of the support functions within a rapidly growing international services business. Our programme - still in the early phase - is establishing new internal standards of engagement and a turnaround in behaviours and morale. The Director has stated that "his expectations have been exceeded" and we aim to continue doing that.
