Giles background is as an operational manager, internal change agent, OD consultant and professional coach. He spent 10 years working with Unilever in their Foods and Home & Personal Care businesses. During this time he built considerable experience and skills in business process and organisation design, talent assessment and developing and leading change programmes.

He has worked with a number of organisations on strategy consulting, bringing leadership, capability building and facilitation expertise to marketing led vision projects, working across consumer goods and leisure sectors.

Giles graduated from The Academy of Executive Coaching and i-coach academy / Middlesex University and has works as a professional coach within a number of international businesses. He has also designed and implemented European and global leadership development programmes for a number of organisations.
