John has significant operational management and management / leadership development experience. This has been gained within Scottish and Newcastle - the UK's largest Brewing and Packaging business. He has always worked in and with teams. John was UK Team Performance Manager at S&N where he introduced innovative team performance programmes across a range of offices and sites. His approaches combined real performance uplift whilst addressing team working, morale and management issues. This work won him acclaim from line managers and leadership across the business. His work has included designing and delivering management training and development programmes. He operates as a team leader / management coach where he combines his team performance expertise with his in depth management experience.
