Richard is the founder of Maasai Camel.
His organisational experience was gained as an OD / Change Manager working across a range of major corporate change programmes within Diageo and Pricewaterhouse Coopers over 11 years. As Director for People Transition in PWC Business Process Outsourcing, he led a pan Eurpoean team of transition specialists working on complex European outsourcing deals with clients in the oil, banking and telecoms sectors. During this period he gained an MBA from Edinburgh University.
Richard graduated from the Academy of Executive Coaching and has coached professionally for 7 years. His clients have included main board Directors, CEO's, Divisional MD's, Directors & Senior Managers from Finance, Marketing, Sales, Production, Trading and HR functions. He works at Director and Director General level within The Foreign Office.
He has considerable experience of designing and facilitating senior team sessions - especially where alignment and focus are a priority. He has a passion for helping leaders to create distinctive capability within organisations, where change management and culture development are key.
Above all Richard's holy grail is that any development - whether at an individual, team or organisation level - can and should be tangibly linked to increased output and performance.
