Sam's organisational experience has included Jaguar cars, Scottish Power and Unilever. She held operational and HR roles leading global teams. During these years she led large scale change programmes and developed expertise in international leadership development. Sam developed and implemented a pioneering coach assessment process in Europe and Australasia for Unilever. This work has been featured as world class implementation in a number of publications. She has a Masters in Coaching from i-coach academy / Middlesex University. Additionally she is a faculty member for a renowned senior Executive coach development programme as well as being on the editorial board of CIPD's Coaching at Work publication.
