Sue has a background of Marketing, IT, Corporate Strategy and Leadership Development. She worked for 15 years with Unilever at Executive level where her work could be described as change leadership. Her last role was as Global Head of Coaching working in Unilever's leadership development centre.

Sue operates as a consultant, coach and facilitator. She has worked with a variety of organisations in retail, manufacturing, financial services and venture capital. Sue works both 1 to 1 with leaders and with teams. She graduated with The Academy of Executive Coaching and has set up and run coaching pools within a number of large businesses. She has a particular interest and ability in configuring and running futures process. Futures helps businesses reconfigure strategy and re energise brands. She is a qualified MBTI practitioner.
